No payment is taken on this site. Once the scope is agreed, I email an invoice to pay before work starts.

- Functionality, forms, navigation, performance and publicly observable technical checks.
- Basic accessibility barriers, security configuration, tracking and user experience within the agreed scope.
- A plain-English report with prioritised findings, evidence, practical next steps and checks that passed.
What’s outside the scope.
- Keyword rankings, backlink analysis and ongoing SEO campaigns.
- Penetration testing, vulnerability exploitation or invasive security scanning.
- Formal accessibility audits or compliance certification.
- Private admin areas, source-code reviews or changes to your website.
- Repairs, ongoing monitoring and end-to-end ecommerce transactions; any additional work needs a separate agreement.

The price shown is a one-off fee for the standard inspection and report, plus GST. I confirm the agreed scope with you before work starts.
That covers which pages and journeys matter, any authorised test enquiries and delivery timing. Unusual integrations, private areas and ecommerce transactions may need additional scope. I don’t make real purchases or change your website as part of the standard check.
